The Brief

Our challenge was to fuel appetite for investment into development opportunity by creating a strong brand and visual identity that would underpin all collateral in Minerva’s campaign to find a JV partner for the project.


The Approach

An area synonymous with regeneration, Croydon is one of the best-connected transport hubs in London. As part of the overall strategy we undertook extensive research and analysis into the local area, and examined in detail the development opportunity.

Working in partnership with Minerva and the appointed agent, JLL, we set out to build a brand centred around two key elements; the position of the scheme in the heart of Croydon, next to Queens’ gardens, and the open lifestyle environment that the scheme will deliver.
