The Project

Real estate investment and development company, Minerva, approached us to create a brand identity and marketing collateral for the development. Our brief was to capture the essence of the building’s heritage and the importance of this cultural landmark to the local area.

 

The Approach

As part of our strategy we undertook extensive research and analysis of the existing building, its historical context and its setting within the surrounding area. We wanted to create a distinctive visual identity that was sensitive to the cultural significance of the site, yet supported the vision of the architect and developer and the lifestyle of those who would eventually occupy the space.
